Virtual Reality in London

Some businesses have no premises to invite anyone into. You sell online, your team works remotely, or the development you are selling is still a set of drawings. We build the space anyway. A shop, a showroom, an office or a whole development, modelled in 3D and opened to your customers through a link.

They come in, move around at their own pace and order from where they are standing. You get what a building would do for your sales without signing a lease or waiting for the builders.

A Space Your Customers Go Inside

Your website shows a customer a picture of your business. A virtual reality space puts them in it. They arrive through a link, move from room to room, find what they came for and act on it where they stand.

A shop or a showroom costs you every month whether anyone comes in or not, and it only serves people close enough to reach it. A space built in virtual reality is paid for once and then works on every screen, in every country, at any hour.

Why Virtual Reality Is Worth Building

Sell from a space you pay for once

01

A unit in London runs into thousands a month before you have sold anything, and the fit out costs again on top. We build your space once and it belongs to you. Changing what is in it costs a fraction of stripping out a real shop, so your space can follow your range instead of holding it back.

Show everything you sell, at full size

02

A showroom can only hold what fits inside it. Your virtual space holds the whole range: every finish, every unit type, every piece in the collection, laid out the way you want people to see it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for floor space to come free.

Bring the customer in without the journey

03

A buyer in Lagos, a client in Manchester and a collector in New York all arrive in the same second. Nobody books a flight or takes a day off to look at something they might not want. Travel is the biggest reason people never come at all, and it stops being part of the decision.

Fewer meetings, faster decisions

04

Most of the time a sale takes is spent getting someone in front of the thing. Send the link and that part is finished before you speak. The people who call you afterwards have already seen everything and are ringing to buy rather than to look.

We agree what the space has to sell

We start with the job the space is doing. Who is coming into it, what they need to see, and what you want them to do before they leave.

We build the full 3D environment

Where the building is planned but not yet standing, we work from your drawings and specifications. Where it has never existed anywhere, we design it. Every area is connected to the next, so moving between rooms feels like moving through a building.

We connect the selling

Products carry ordering. People carry their contact details. Rooms carry video, documents and links to whatever else helps someone decide. Whatever your customer wants to do next sits in front of them the moment they think of it.

We test it and hand you the link

We check it on every screen size and on headset, then hand it over. Put it on your website, in your emails, in a WhatsApp message, or on a QR code at the site hoarding.

How Your Virtual Reality Space Gets Built

Everything starts with what the space has to achieve. A development that needs to shift units off plan is a different build from a store that needs an order in the basket, so we settle that at the consultation and design from there. You get a fixed timeline and a link you own outright at the end of it.

The Virtual Reality Spaces We Build

We do not reuse environments. Each space is modelled for one business, in your materials, your colours and your layout, down to what is on the walls and what sits on the shelves. If the building exists on paper we build it from your drawings. If it exists nowhere, we design it with you.

The same care goes into what happens inside it. We decide together where a customer can order, where they can call someone, and where a video or a document answers the question they are about to ask. That planning is the difference between a space people look at and a space people buy from

Virtual Reality for Real Estate

Sell homes before the foundations go in. We build your development from your drawings, at full scale and finished. A buyer arrives on site, goes into the hotel, then a villa, then a flat, then the commercial units, and compares them properly.

Off plan buyers hesitate because you are asking them to spend a lot of money on a promise. Put them in the finished home and the hesitation goes. Someone in Dubai or Lagos can see every unit type you sell in one sitting, at three in the morning, without booking a flight.

Virtual Store

We build the shop and put your range on the shelves. Customers come through the door, move along the aisles and see each product at real size in a real setting. When they want something they add it to the basket, carry on around the shop, then pay at the checkout without ever leaving the store. Your online shop sits behind it, so the payment, the stock and the order all run through the system you already use.

Online, your product is a thumbnail in a grid, judged in half a second against nine others. In a shop it is the only thing in front of them, and the basket is filling as they walk. That difference is why the high street survives, and you can have it now without the rent or the business rates.

Virtual Office

Give clients somewhere to visit and a team to meet.

We build your office and put your people in it. Clients come in, see the work on the walls, and find each member of the team behind a card carrying their name, role, direct number and WhatsApp link. One tap and they are talking to the right person.

A remote firm competes against firms with a front door, and the client is quietly working out how real you are. Twenty seconds inside your office settles that better than an about page.

Virtual Gallery

Show your whole collection in a gallery you own. We build the gallery and hang the work in it. Visitors move from space to space, stay with a piece as long as they like, and buy the ones they want from the wall in front of them. The basket follows them through the gallery and the payment goes through inside it, so nothing interrupts the moment somebody decides.

A fortnight of exhibition space costs thousands and ends with everything going back into storage. Build the gallery once and it is yours, as large as your collection needs, open to collectors on the other side of the world.

Virtual Store Design for Online Retailers

An online shop asks people to buy from a photograph. A virtual store lets them do what they would do in a shop: come in, look along the shelf, turn the product over, see how big it is next to everything else, and take it to the till. The order lands in the same system your website orders land in, so nothing changes at your end.

It works hardest for products that lose something in a photograph. Furniture nobody can judge the scale of. Clothing that needs a rail and a mirror around it. Jewellery, art, tiles, lighting, anything where the setting is half the sale. We build the setting and put your range inside it, so the customer sees the product where it belongs rather than cut out on a white square.

It also gives you room to sell more than one thing at a time. A grid shows nine products and hopes one of them lands. A store puts a customer inside a whole collection and lets them build a basket while they move through it. If you already run an ecommerce site, this sits alongside it and sends the traffic to the same checkout.

Virtual Reality

The businesses we build for have one thing in common. Something has to be seen before anyone will commit to it.

Property developers and estate agents selling off plan come to us first. So do online retailers whose products deserve better than a grid, consultants and professional firms working remotely, artists and galleries, hotels and venues still in construction, manufacturers whose equipment is too large to bring to a client, and training providers recruiting students from abroad.

If your sector is not on that list, the test is straightforward. Would your customer decide faster having been inside your space? If yes, we can build it. If no, we will say so at the consultation rather than take the work.

Virtual Reality FAQ

What is virtual reality?

Virtual reality is a digital environment a person goes inside rather than looks at. They turn their head and see what is beside them, cross a room, open a door and choose where to go next. A website shows someone a picture of a place. Virtual reality puts them in it.

How can virtual reality be used in business?

It gives you somewhere to sell from. Developers sell homes years before completion. Online retailers give products the presence a shop gives them. Remote firms give clients somewhere to meet the team. Artists exhibit without renting a room. In each case it does the job a building does, which is to let a customer see something properly before they commit.

How much does virtual reality cost?

It depends on the size of the space and how much is built into it. A single room with a few points of interaction sits at one end, and a full development with several property types and live ordering sits at the other. You get a fixed price after the consultation, once we both know what the space has to do.

How do you use a virtual reality space?

You open a link. You move by choosing where to go, look around by dragging or turning your head, and act on anything in front of you. Nobody needs telling how, which is deliberate.

Do my customers need a VR headset?

No. It works in an ordinary browser on any device, with nothing to install and no account to create. A headset makes it more involving for whoever owns one, and we make sure it performs properly on them, but everyone else gets the same space on the screen they already have.

Can customers buy from inside the space?

Yes. They add to the basket, keep looking around, then pay at the checkout inside the space rather than being sent off to another site. The order reaches you exactly as your other orders do, through the ecommerce system you already run.

Do I need a shop or an office for this to work?

No, and that is usually the reason to build one. If customers already come to you in person, you have less to gain. If you sell online, work remotely, or are selling something still on paper, this does a job nothing else in your business is doing.

Do you build virtual reality for businesses outside London?

We are a London company working across the UK and internationally. What we build is delivered as a link, so where you are makes no difference to who you can send it to.
